Impressive work for being just a few months into the game. I guess there is something to be said for being conveniently located in the center of the [web / tech] universe. Congrats from Jcyreus dot Com!

    Mr. Fenwick and Drue,

Thank you for creating a site with such invigorating content! It has become a daily stop for me and a community that I regularly encourage friends and colleagues to engage.

    Health and Good Thoughts,
    John B.

The summary shows that ValleyZen has had a great start. I think it’s a combination of your fascinating personality and your fresh perspective on Silicon Valley (and of course, things like good decisions, hard work, etc.). Keep on truckin’ . . .

ValleyZen is an exciting collaborative effort. In many cases the comment thread exceeds the length of the original post. The collective wisdom, energy and soul in the ValleyZen community is formidable and inspiring. Thank you to everyone who has tuned in, commented, participated, or gotten into the ValleyZen spirit in these first few weeks. Bill and I hope the blog can be a laboratory for ideas.

    Drue and Bill,

Keep up the great work and excellent content.

Also you guys make it fun to interact with you on ValleyZen so you get back in terms of energy and inspiration what your readers notice coming from you :-)

It is so exciting to see ValleyZen highlighted on all on these other national and international media. As one who is mostly being dragged kicking and screaming into the world of blogging and all things digital, it’s great for me to have access to something as incredibly subject-friendly as Drue and Bill’s blog. The site is easily navigable, easy on the eye (as I guess one would expect from such a unique and talented artist), and deals with such a wide range of topics. The Zen concept lends itself to the presentation of the blogs and often offers delicious video nuggets for those of us who are too lazy to read. Daniel Sieberg from CBS’s TechTalk is right – the flip is pretty funny, but the Valley Earth blog is my favorite to date – the Zen Sumi-e artwork of the Golden Gate Bridge in the dark is really quite sensational. Thanks, and keep it coming.

What you and Bill have put together is truly inspiring. I marvel at the thought and detail you’ve put into your work; keep it coming.

    Thanks!

Drue and Bill, finding your site has been like finding an oasis in this other valley. Though it’s great to see the media coverage, I find more inspiring the refreshing air that is coming together with spring and I feel happy to realize that you and all other readers and writers, painters and journalists are there. It’s the kind of treasure you want to share with others!

This is an especially wonderful blog to find in the light of the silly Sunday Times story about blogging yourself to death. It is all about non-attachment to outcomes, isn’t it :-) In your Obama post, I noticed he somtimes exhibits that in his press interviews.
